“Can’t Create File” Error Opening Attachment Outlook

  1. Regedit
  2. Find “OutlookSecureTempFolder” and location will be shown (C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLKrandomnumber)
  3. Delete all files in this folder
  4. Restart Microsoft Outlook
